Als Capaciteitsplanner bij Dianet zorg jij dat vraag en capaciteit perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Je adviseert management en directie en speelt een sleutelrol in strategische keuzes rondom personeelsinzet en duurzame zorg. Van data naar richting In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van tactische en meerjarige capaciteitsplannen. Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken rondom zorgvraag, personele inzet en financiën en vertaalt deze naar heldere scenario's en adviezen. Jij maakt inzichtelijk wat de impact is van keuzes: wat betekent groei, schaarste of verzuim voor de organisatie? Dankzij jouw analyses kan de organisatie onderbouwde beslissingen nemen. Je bent daarnaast een capaciteitsplanner die het leuk vindt om zijn of haar weg te vinden in een organisatie voor wie capaciteitsmanagement nog best nieuw is. Sinds oktober vorig jaar heeft Dianet het planproces vernieuwd. De eerste effecten daarvan worden nu zichtbaar. Nog niet alles loopt op rolletjes; jij helpt ons ook wat dat betreft in de goede richting. Strategisch adviseren en vooruitkijken Je kijkt verder dan de korte termijn en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar concrete capaciteitskaders. Je adviseert management en directie, gevraagd en ongevraagd, over thema's zoals formatie, contractmix en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je signaleert risico's en knelpunten, zoals onderbezetting of schaarste in specifieke functies, en ontwikkelt scenario's waarmee de organisatie hier tijdig op kan inspelen. Verbinden van data, mensen en processen Als capaciteitsplanner werk je organisatie breed en verbind je verschillende disciplines, zoals planning, HR en control.
