The posting

Voor een industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een ervaren Freelance Project Manager CAPEX die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de realisatie van diverse investeringsprojecten op de site.

Je begeleidt projecten van concept en engineering tot uitvoering, commissioning en overdracht naar operations. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne afdelingen, externe engineeringpartners, leveranciers en aannemers.

Het betreft een langdurige freelance opdracht binnen een technisch uitdagende omgeving met meerdere parallelle CAPEX-projecten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Beheren van CAPEX-projecten van design en engineering tot procurement, constructie, commissioning en close-out
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten, scope en deliverables
  • Coördineren van interne stakeholders, engineeringpartners, leveranciers en contractors
  • Leiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten en planning
  • Identificeren en beheersen van technische, organisatorische en financiële projectrisico’s
  • Opvolgen van engineeringdocumentatie, bestellingen, constructiewerkzaamheden en voortgang op de werf
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van projectmeetings, voortgangsrapportages en stakeholderoverleg
  • Ondersteunen van pre-commissioning, commissioning en een vlekkeloze opstart van installaties
  • Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht naar operations, maintenance en technische diensten
  • Optimaliseren van projectmethodieken en implementeren van lessons learned
  • Gelijktijdig beheren van meerdere kleinere en middelgrote investeringsprojecten
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering of Electromechanica
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met projectmanagement of projectengineering binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring met de volledige projectcyclus van concept tot commissioning en handover
  • Sterke kennis van CAPEX-projecten, project controls, planning en budgetopvolging
  • Ervaring binnen een productie-, proces-, chemische of andere technisch complexe omgeving
  • In staat meerdere projecten en prioriteiten gelijktijdig te beheren
  • Sterk in probleemoplossing, besluitvorming en stakeholdermanagement
  • Hands-on, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht
  • Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden
  • In staat stakeholders en projectteams te beïnvloeden zonder directe hiërarchische bevoegdheid
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
  • Een projectmanagementcertificering zoals PMP, Prince2 of gelijkwaardig is een plus
