Integendeel. Met Wajer Care garanderen we onze eigenaren de ultieme 'without a worry' ervaring. Wereldwijd telt onze service-organisatie negen hubs en een vast team van ruim 130 specialisten. We hebben inmiddels circa 80 jachten in Miami en een groeiende vloot in The Hamptons en Connecticut. Als Captain USA ben jij het gezicht van Wajer voor onze Amerikaanse eigenaren. Je levert topservice op het water en zorgt dat de jachten altijd in onberispelijke staat verkeren. Dit vraagt om maritiem vakmanschap, een scherp oog voor detail en een onvermoeibare focus op gastvrijheid. Wat ga je doen Als Captain USA ben je verantwoordelijk voor de complete beleving aan boord. Je vaart zelfstandig in uitdagende en drukke gebieden. Denk aan de wateren rond Florida, de kustlijn van Connecticut en New York, en langere oversteken naar de Bahama's. Dit zijn geen eenvoudige wateren. Je navigeert door getijdenwater en langs zandbanken die niet altijd op de kaart staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag vaar je met eigenaren en hun gasten, de andere zorg je dat de jachten tot in de puntjes verzorgd zijn. Je bereidt elke trip tot in de puntjes voor. Je verzorgt het voorraadbeheer en de catering. Je zorgt dat de favoriete hapjes en drankjes van de eigenaar koud staan. Je controleert de veiligheidsuitrusting en zorgt dat het jacht zowel van binnen als van buiten blinkt. Tijdens de vaartocht bied je onzichtbare maar perfecte service. Naast het varen met eigenaren, verzorg je ook proefvaarten voor ons Sales team. Je laat potentiële kopers de unieke vaareigenschappen van een Wajer ervaren. Ook maak je jachten gereed voor transport over de weg of het water...
