Je werkt in een klein en betrokken team, waar collegas elkaar ondersteunen en samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor goede zorg. We vinden het belangrijk dat medewerkers kunnen meedenken over verbeteringen en ruimte krijgen om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Persoonlijke aandacht en samenwerken met familie en het netwerk van de bewoner vinden wij erg belangrijk.

Je kunt flexibel werken op Pronsweide, de Berkhof, Vredense Hof of de Pelkwijk. Op deze locaties wonen mensen die zorg en ondersteuning nodig hebben. Dit kan zijn vanwege dementie (PG) of een lichamelijke aandoening (somatiek).

Care Indonesia B.V. is voor Marga Klompe op zoek naar ervaren verzorgende (IG-ers) voor minimaal 32 uur per week. Het betreft dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Iets voor jou?

Het is belangrijk dat je affiniteit met ouderenzorg en dementiezorg hebt. Elke werkdag ga je om met hulpbehoevenden. Het is daarom van enorm belang dat jij oprechte aandacht toont voor de mensen die je verzorgt en altijd een luisterend oor biedt. Als Verzorgende IG hou je een vinger aan de pols bij de mensen die je verzorgt en signaleert zo nieuwe of terugkerende gezondheidsproblemen. Je moet daarnaast in staat zijn om duidelijk met andere hulpverleners te communiceren over de status en het behandelplan van een cliënt. Naast je nauwe opletten en alertheid is het dus enorm belangrijk dat je goede communicatieve vaardigheden hebt. Om je functie als Verzorgende IG goed te kunnen vervullen, verwachten we van je dat je in staat bent om reguliere verpleegtechnische handelingen uit te voeren.
