Jouw rol Je coördineert de dagelijkse IT-beheer- en supportwerkzaamheden en biedt zelf 2e- en 3e-lijnsondersteuning. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, IT-collega's en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat incidenten, verstoringen en structurele problemen effectief worden opgelost. Wat ga je doen? - Coördineren van de dagelijkse IT Operations werkzaamheden - Oplossen van complexe 2e- en 3e-lijns incidenten - Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers op locatie en op afstand - Beheren en monitoren van werkplekken, systemen, netwerken en applicaties - Coördineren van updates, IT-changes en verbeteringen - Beheren van gebruikers, autorisaties en rollen - Aansturen van externe leveranciers - Adviseren over technische oplossingen en verbetertrajecten Wat breng je mee? Je bent technisch sterk, servicegericht en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijk spelen. Je werkt graag samen, maar pakt ook zelfstandig complexe problemen op.
