The posting

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Diseño Mecánico / CAD para incorporarse al desarrollo de productos y accesorios relacionados con realidad virtual y tecnología inmersiva. La persona seleccionada participará en el diseño y mejora de componentes mecánicos, adaptadores, soportes y accesorios, trabajando directamente con dispositivos reales para garantizar una integración precisa, funcional y cómoda para el usuario final.

El puesto combina escaneado 3D, diseño CAD, prototipado mediante impresión 3D y validación física de productos, además de colaborar con el equipo en el desarrollo de utillaje para desarrollar y mejorar el proceso productivo. La persona candidata será responsable de transformar ideas y necesidades técnicas en diseños fabricables, realizando iteraciones continuas hasta obtener soluciones robustas, ergonómicas y fáciles de montar.

Responsabilidades

Escanear objetos físicos en 3D: cascos VR, mandos, straps, accesorios, piezas existentes, etc. Diseñar adaptadores, soportes y accesorios para FluxPose en CAD. Hacer piezas que encajen bien con productos existentes: Quest, Index, Vive, Bigscreen, etc. DFM para impresión 3D FDM. Probar físicamente los prototipos y corregir el diseño. Iterar diseños hasta que sean cómodos, resistentes y fáciles de montar. Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo de útiles y/o maquinaria para la mejora del proceso productivo.

Requisitos

Uso de software CAD, especialmente SolidWorks y/o Fusion 360. Experiencia con impresión 3D FDM y/o resina. Especial atención al detalle. Conocimiento de inglés nivel medio. Se favorece un nivel avanzado. Título no requerido. Posibilidad de entrar a trabajar en 1-2 meses.

Se favorece:

Tener carné de conducir y uso de coche. Portfolio personal. Experiencia usando escáner 3D. Experiencia con diseño para inyección de plástico. Conocimientos básicos de materiales: ABS,.
