Ben jij een ervaren carrosserietechnieker die trots is op perfect afgewerkt werk?

Een beschadigd voertuig terugbrengen naar zijn oorspronkelijke staat: dat vraagt vakmanschap, precisie en oog voor detail.

Als Plaatbewerker / Autoschadehersteller sta je in voor het herstellen van het koetswerk van verschillende automerken. Van demontage en plaatwerk tot voorbereiding en afwerking: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig de werkplaats opnieuw in perfecte staat verlaat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Herstellen van beschadigd koetswerk volgens het opgestelde expertiseverslag.
  • Uitvoeren van demontage- en montagewerkzaamheden.
  • Herstellen en vervangen van plaatwerk.
  • Uitdeuken en richten van carrosserieonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van voorbereidende werkzaamheden.
  • Plamuren, afschuren en aanbrengen van grondlagen.
  • Zorgvuldig voorbereiden van voertuigen voor de verdere afwerking.
  • Controleren van jouw werk en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve eindafwerking.
  • Werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om elk voertuig efficiënt en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen af te werken.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een ervaren vakman die kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en trots is op het resultaat van zijn werk.

Je:

  • Beschikt over een diploma of getuigschrift in carrosserie.
  • Hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen de carrosseriesector.
  • Hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT en/of ŠKODA.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Hebt oog voor detail en levert verzorgd vakwerk.
  • Bent betrouwbaar, betrokken en gedreven.
  • Werkt resultaatgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Staat open voor permanente opleiding en nieuwe technieken.

De carrosseriesector blijft evolueren. Nieuwe materialen, hersteltechnieken en voertuigtechnologieën vragen voortdurend nieuwe kennis.
