Konvert zoekt een Carrosserie advisor/ Verantwoordelijke voor een familiaal en snelgroeiend bedrijf met meer dan 48 jaar ervaring en 2 vestigingen. Ze zijn actief in de verkoop en service van de merken Ford, Volvo, Jaguar en Land Rover, met alsook een carrosserieafdeling die erkend is voor iedere verzekeringsmaatschappij. Ook kan iedereen bij hen terecht voor elk merk van band als bandencentrale.

Takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de dagdagelijkse leiding van onze carrosserieafdeling van A tot Z.
  • Je staat in voor de planning, kwaliteit en rendement van de carrosserie.
  • Opstellen en beheren van schadedossiers, offertes en bestekken.
  • Je zorgt voor een vriendelijk onthaal en een duidelijke communicatie tussen de klant, verzekeringsmaatschappij en expert.
  • Je beheert de planning van de vervangwagens om de mobiliteitsgarantie naar onze klanten te garanderen.

  • Je leidt de carrosserie alsof het je eigen bedrijf is.
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang.
  • Je bent administratief en organisatorisch zeer sterk en gaat geen problemen uit de weg.
  • Je hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit en steekt je handen uit de mouwen waar en wanneer nodig.
  • Ervaring in de automotive en kennis van Informex is een pluspunt.
