Een wagen binnenkrijgen met schade en hem uiteindelijk opnieuw strak en verzorgd zien buitenrijden: als Carrosserie hersteller zorg jij mee voor dat resultaat. Voor een professionele werkplaats zoeken we iemand met een technische basis die graag met zijn handen werkt en het vak verder onder de knie wil krijgen.

Wat ga je doen? Binnen de carrosserieafdeling neem je verschillende herstellingen voor jouw rekening. Je werkt aan voertuigen van uiteenlopende merken en volgt daarbij de werkorders en voorgeschreven werkwijzen.

Concreet houdt de functie onder meer in:

  • Beschadigde koetswerkdelen uitdeuken en herstellen
  • Onderdelen vervangen wanneer herstel niet meer mogelijk is
  • Kunststofonderdelen opnieuw herstellen of bijwerken
  • Eenvoudige laswerken uitvoeren
  • Mechanische onderdelen demonteren en terug monteren
  • Aandrijving, ophanging en chassis controleren
  • Herstelde oppervlakken voorbereiden voor het spuitwerk
  • Plamuren, schuren, reinigen en ontvetten
  • Nieuwe onderdelen voorbereiden en schuren
  • Voertuigen zorgvuldig afplakken en stofvrij maken
  • Grondverf aanbrengen als voorbereiding op de verdere afwerking
