Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.Voor een dynamische automotive omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Verantwoordelijke Koetswerkafdeling. In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur tussen klanten, werkplaats, magazijn en externe experten.

Jobomschrijving

Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren team dat meerdere vestigingen ondersteunt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de koetswerkafdeling soepel en efficiënt draait. Hierbij neem je volgende taken voor je rekening:· Je plant koetswerkherstellingen voor verschillende vestigingen en bewaakt de dagelijkse voortgang.· Je ontvangt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.· Je maakt werkorders en bestekken op en zorgt voor een duidelijke uitleg aan klanten.· Je staat klanten telefonisch en aan de balie te woord en geeft correcte, heldere informatie.· Je verwerkt facturen en volgt betalingen nauwkeurig op.· Je coördineert tussen de koetswerkafdeling, het magazijn en de receptie voor een optimale workflow.· Je onderhoudt contacten met zowel externe als interne klanten.· Je hebt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over planning, organisatie, bezetting en opvolging van de koetswerkafdeling.· Je communiceert professioneel met experten en verzekeringspartners.

Je houdt van variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en direct contact met klanten. Daarnaast:· Beschik je over basiskennis van mechanica en koetswerk, zodat je werkzaamheden correct kunt inschatten en inplannen.· Ben je vaardig met PC-toepassingen zoals Office en leer je nieuwe programma’s vlot aan.· Kun je zelfstandig werken en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid.· Ben je eerlijk, stipt en nauwkeurig.· Sta je bekend om je klantvriendelijke en correcte houding.· Beschik je over een rijbewijs B of C.· Werk je graag samen in een hecht en professioneel team.
