Werk je graag met je handen aan robuuste constructies die elke dag de weg op gaan? Dan is dit jouw kans om mee te bouwen aan kwalitatieve laadkasten voor vrachtwagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen.

Voor een moderne productieafdeling zijn we op zoek naar meerdere technische profielen die willen meewerken aan de opbouw, montage en herstelling van laadkasten – van standaardoplossingen tot volledig maatwerk.

Functie omschrijving

Je werkt mee aan het volledige productieproces van laadkasten, van ruwbouw tot afwerking:

Constructie & metaalbewerking

  • Lassen van grondramen en achterkaders
  • Samenstellen en uitlijnen van metalen structuren
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen aan bestaande laadkasten

Montage

  • Monteren van zijpanelen (plylight, plywood, sandwich/frigo)
  • Plaatsen van vloeren (hout, antislip, verstevigd)
  • Leggen en afdichten van daken
  • Monteren en afstellen van laadbruggen
  • Installeren van zijdeuren, achterdeuren, scharnieren en sluitingen

Specifieke opbouwen

  • Plylight- en plywood-opbouwen
  • Zeilboxen
  • Geïsoleerde frigoboxen

Afwerking & kwaliteit

  • Zorgvuldig afdichten en afwerken
  • Controleren van maatvoering en functionaliteit
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring in carrosseriebouw, metaalconstructie, schrijnwerkerij of vrachtwagenopbouw is een sterke troef
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, praktisch en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband en houdt van afwisselend werk
