Jobomschrijving

  • Op basis van een werkorder de nodige koetswerkherstellingen uitvoeren en dit voor wagens van diverse merken
  • Uitdeuken koetswerkonderdelen
  • Vervangen beschadigde onderdelen
  • Elementaire lasprocedés toepassen volgens de voorschriften
  • Herstellen en bijwerken van kunststofonderdelen
  • Mechanische voertuigonderdelen demonteren en monteren
  • Controlesuitvoeren op aandrijving, ophanging en chassis
  • Behandelen van uitgedeukte ondergronden alvorens deze gespoten worden (reinigen, plamuren, schuren)
  • Schuren van nieuwe onderdelen
  • Zorgvuldig afplakken, stofvrij maken en ontvetten van de voertuigen
  • Aanbrengen van grondverven

  • Handig met gereedschap en techniek
  • Oog voor detail en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Bereid om te leren werken met moderne apparatuur
  • Werken volgens een vaste werkwijze (One Day Repair methode)
  • Ervaring met sleutelen of (auto)techniek is een plus
  • Positieve instelling en een echte aanpakker
  • Interesse in werken met de handen, repareren en techniek
  • Ambitie om door te groeien of zich te specialiseren

  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgedaan binnen de Carrosserie-wereld
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een BSO/TSO-richting binnen Autotechnieken/Carrosserie gevolgd
  • Je kan ordelijk te werk gaan & werkt zeer nauwkeurig
  • Oog voor kwaliteit primeert
  • Je omschrijft jezelf als leergierig & staat steeds open om nieuwe technieken onder de knie te krijgen of opleidingen te volgen
