Als carrosseriehersteller voer je dagelijks koetswerkherstellingen uit aan wagens van diverse merken, op basis van een werkorder.

  • Je voert koetswerkherstellingen uit volgens de werkorder.
  • Je deukt koetswerkonderdelen uit en vervangt beschadigde onderdelen.
  • Je past elementaire lasprocedés toe volgens de voorschriften en herstelt of werkt kunststofonderdelen bij.
  • Je demonteert en monteert mechanische voertuigonderdelen en voert controles uit op aandrijving, ophanging en chassis.
  • Je behandelt uitgedeukte ondergronden vóór het spuiten door te reinigen, te plamuren en te schuren, en je schuurt ook nieuwe onderdelen.
  • Je plakt voertuigen zorgvuldig af, maakt ze stofvrij en vetvrij en brengt grondverven aan.
