Voor onze klant, een bloeiende autogarage, zoeken we een ervaren en vakkundige carrossier die écht van aanpakken weet.

Enkele jaren geleden werd dit familiebedrijf overgenomen door een nieuwe generatie met ambitie. Wat begon als een kleine ploeg van vier medewerkers, groeide uit tot een hecht team van 20 professionals, en de groei stopt hier niet! Dankzij jarenlange vakkennis, sterke klantrelaties met onder meer leasingmaatschappijen en een no-nonsense aanpak, werkt dit bedrijf gestaag toe naar een team van 30 vakmensen. Hier wordt vakmanschap hoog in het vaandel gedragen. Met decennialange ervaring in de carrosseriewereld weet de zaakvoerder als geen ander wat écht vakmanschap betekent en draagt dit ook toe aan zijn medewerkers & in het werkveld!

Ben jij die vakman die wij zoeken? Je hebt solide ervaring in carrosserie, werkt nauwkeurig en efficiënt, en je bent klaar om mee te groeien in een ambitieus familiebedrijf waar kwaliteit en collegialiteit centraal staan? Dan horen we graag van jou!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de professionele montage en demontage van wisselstukken
  • Koetswerkherstel op topniveau door middel van geavanceerde uitblutstechnieken en vakkundig laswerk
  • Nauwkeurig en efficiënt werken waarbij elke herstelling voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen
  • Regelmatige rapportage aan de werkplaatsleider over voortgang en ondernomen stappen per voertuig
  • Je werkt met moderne technieken en materialen, waardoor continu bijleren en skills ontwikkelen centraal staan
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een relevante werkervaring als carrossier én ben je in het bezit van een technisch diploma
  • Zelfstandig werken is voor jou geen probleem, voorbereidende taken voer je vlot uit, en ervaring met monteren of spuiten is een sterke troef
  • Omwille van veiligheid en vlotte communicatie spreek je vlot Nederlands én Engels
