The posting

Uitvoeren van hooggekwalificeerd werk of specifieke taken in het kader van carrosseriewerkzaamheden, met het gebruik van de nodige middelen om de beste productiviteit in kwaliteit en kwantiteit te behalen, binnen de gestelde deadlines en kosten.

Organiseren en beheren van interventies:

  • Zorgen voor een correcte en actuele documentatie van de apparatuur (checklists).
  • Voor gebruik controleren van de staat van de onderdelen geleverd door het PR-magazijn.
  • De werkplaatsleider of de After Sales Adviseur (ASA) informeren over eventuele afwijkingen of problemen met reserveonderdelen (PR) of extra werkzaamheden waarvoor de klant moet worden geïnformeerd.
  • Het reinigen van afgewerkte voertuigen.
  • Het volgen van het systeem voor voertuigidentificatie en controle-opmerkingen respecteren.
  • Het voertuig op de daarvoor bestemde plaats parkeren en de sleutels teruggeven aan de directie.
  • De werkplek, persoonlijke gereedschappen en collectieve uitrusting schoonmaken na elke interventie.
  • De ter beschikking gestelde apparatuur onderhouden en goed bewaren.
  • Gebruik maken van de juiste gereedschappen, apparatuur en testbanken die nodig zijn voor reparaties en analyses.

Uitvoeren van carrosseriewerkzaamheden:

  • Uitvoeren van diagnoses en hooggekwalificeerde werkzaamheden die een hoog niveau van technische expertise vereisen en kennis van alle carrosseriebewerkingen.
  • Werkzaamheden uitvoeren op de richtbank: volledige herstructurering (zijpanelen, frontblokken, enz.) en alle werkzaamheden aan de carrosseriestructuur.
  • Delicate en nauwkeurige handelingen combineren op een meetbank.
  • Vervangen, afstellen en instellen van alle soorten elementen (demontabel, gelast, geplooid, enz.).
  • Diverse delen van voertuigen snijden en lassen; gelaste onderdelen demonteren en opnieuw monteren met de door de fabrikant aanbevolen middelen, volgens de normen van de fabrikant.
  • Bekleding en afwerking uitvoeren die nodig zijn voor het carrosseriewerk.
  • Mechanische, decoratieve en elektrische/elektronische onderdelen demonteren en monteren die vereist zijn voor de werkzaamheden.
  • Aanpassingen uitvoeren aan het interieur van voertuigen.
  • Glas vervangen of herstellen.
  • Een diploma in carrosseriereparatie;
  • Of minstens 3 jaar aantoonbare professionele ervaring in carrosseriewerk.
  • Kennis van autotechniek en carrosserietechnieken.
  • Beheersing van meet- en interventietechnieken op structurele onderdelen / lassen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Teamgeest en de vaardigheid om samen te werken.
