Ben jij een vakman met oog voor detail en een passie voor carrosserie? Als Carrossier in Brugge herstel je voertuigen met de grootste zorg en lever je ze opnieuw af in perfecte staat. Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde functie waar kwaliteit, teamwork en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Jouw taken?

  • Uitvoeren van demontage- en montagewerken aan voertuigen als voorbereiding op de herstelling;
  • Herstellen van uiteenlopende carrosserieschades in samenwerking met collega's binnen de werkplaats;
  • Toepassen van technieken zoals schuren, plamuren en polieren om voertuigen opnieuw in topconditie te brengen;
  • Controleren van onderdelen zoals chassis, aandrijving en ophanging wanneer dit noodzakelijk is;
  • Aanleren of verder ontwikkelen van spuittechnieken indien je hier nog geen ervaring mee hebt;
  • Reinigen, controleren en zorgvuldig afleveren van voertuigen zodat elke klant opnieuw tevreden de baan op kan.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Je bent een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde vakman die trots is op het eindresultaat van zijn werk;
  • Opleiding Autotechnieken of Carrosserie (BSO/TSO), of een eerste relevante ervaring als carrossier;
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, gecombineerd met een sterke teamgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Nauwkeurige en ordelijke werkhouding met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en afwerking;
  • Een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Klantvriendelijke houding en voldoende communicatieve vaardigheden om klanten correct te woord te staan;
  • Probleemoplossend denkvermogen en interesse in nieuwe technieken binnen de carrosseriewereld;
  • Motivatie om jezelf voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen;
  • Oog voor detail en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel om iedere wagen perfect af te leveren.
