Functie

Als Carrossier ben je de expert in het herstellen van de koetswerken van een breed scala aan voertuigen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke wagen na jouw behandeling weer in topconditie verkeert.

  • Het uitvoeren van noodzakelijke koetswerkherstellingen op basis van werkorders, inclusief het uitdeuken en richten van carrosserieonderdelen.
  • Het deskundig demonteren, vervangen en monteren van beschadigde voertuigonderdelen (zowel koetswerk als mechanische componenten).
  • Het toepassen van elementaire lasprocedés volgens de voorschriften en het herstellen en bijwerken van kunststofonderdelen.
  • De volledige voorbehandeling van de ondergrond voor het spuitwerk, waaronder:
  • Reinigen, plamuren en schuren van uitgedeukte zones.
  • Schuren van nieuwe onderdelen.
  • Nauwkeurig afplakken, ontvetten en stofvrij maken van de voertuigen.
  • Aanbrengen van grondverven.
  • Het uitvoeren van controles op essentiële voertuigonderdelen zoals aandrijving, ophanging en chassis na de herstelwerkzaamheden.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een relevante, eerste werkervaring in de carrosserie-sector.
  • Een afgeronde BSO/TSO-opleiding richting Autotechnieken of Carrosserie is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt uiterst ordelijk en nauwkeurig met een onberispelijk oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor het aanleren van nieuwe technieken en het volgen van gerichte opleidingen.
