Uitvoeren van hooggekwalificeerde werkzaamheden of specifieke taken in het kader van carrosserieherstellingen, met gebruik van de nodige middelen om een optimale productiviteit te garanderen, zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief, binnen de vooropgestelde termijnen en kosten.

Organiseren en beheren van interventies:

  • Zorgen voor een correcte en actuele documentatie van de apparatuur en checklists.
  • Vóór gebruik de staat controleren van de onderdelen die door het onderdelenmagazijn worden geleverd.
  • De werkplaatsverantwoordelijke of After Sales Adviseur (ASA) informeren over eventuele afwijkingen, problemen met reserveonderdelen of bijkomende werkzaamheden waarover de klant moet worden geïnformeerd.
  • Afgewerkte voertuigen reinigen.
  • De procedures voor voertuigidentificatie en controle-opmerkingen correct naleven.
  • Het voertuig op de daarvoor bestemde plaats parkeren en de sleutels terugbezorgen aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Na elke interventie de werkplek, persoonlijke gereedschappen en gemeenschappelijke uitrusting reinigen.
  • De ter beschikking gestelde apparatuur onderhouden en zorgvuldig bewaren.
  • De juiste gereedschappen, apparatuur en testbanken gebruiken die nodig zijn voor herstellingen en analyses.

Uitvoeren van carrosseriewerkzaamheden:

  • Diagnoses en hooggekwalificeerde werkzaamheden uitvoeren die een hoog niveau van technische expertise en een grondige kennis van carrosseriewerk vereisen.
  • Werkzaamheden uitvoeren op de richtbank, waaronder volledige herstructureringen zoals zijpanelen, frontdelen en andere werkzaamheden aan de carrosseriestructuur.
  • Delicate en nauwkeurige werkzaamheden uitvoeren met behulp van een meetbank.
  • Alle soorten onderdelen vervangen, afstellen en uitlijnen, zowel demonteerbare, gelaste als geplooide onderdelen.
  • Verschillende voertuigonderdelen snijden en lassen en gelaste onderdelen demonteren en opnieuw monteren volgens de door de constructeur voorgeschreven methodes en normen.
  • De nodige bekledings- en afwerkingswerkzaamheden uitvoeren in het kader van carrosserieherstellingen.
  • Mechanische, decoratieve en elektrische/elektronische onderdelen demonteren en monteren die nodig zijn voor de werkzaamheden.
  • Aanpassingen uitvoeren aan het interieur van voertuigen.
  • Autoruiten vervangen of herstellen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma in carrosseriereparatie, of je hebt minstens 3 jaar aantoonbare professionele ervaring in carrosseriewerk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van autotechniek en carrosserietechnieken.
  • Je beheerst meet- en interventietechnieken op structurele onderdelen en beschikt over ervaring met laswerkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt vlot samen met collega's.
