The posting

Een wagen binnenrijden met schade en buitenrijden met een resultaat waar je trots op kan zijn? Als carrossier krijg je de kans om daar zelf voor te zorgen. Van het eerste herstel tot de voorbereiding voor het spuitwerk: jij werkt mee aan een wagen die opnieuw helemaal toonbaar wordt.

Wat ga je doen? Geen dag bestaat uit exact dezelfde schade. Op basis van de werkorder ga je na wat er nodig is en voer je de verschillende herstellingen zorgvuldig uit.

Onder andere volgende werkzaamheden komen aan bod:

  • Uitdeuken en herstellen van carrosserieonderdelen
  • Beschadigde stukken vervangen
  • Kunststofonderdelen opnieuw in orde brengen
  • Kleine laswerken uitvoeren
  • Mechanische onderdelen demonteren en monteren
  • Aandrijving, ophanging en chassis controleren
  • Herstelde delen klaarmaken voor het spuitwerk
  • Schuren, plamuren, reinigen en ontvetten
  • Nieuwe onderdelen voorbereiden
  • Voertuigen afplakken en stofvrij maken
  • Grondverf aanbrengen

Binnen de carrosserieafdeling ligt de focus op kwalitatief herstel en een professionele afwerking van voertuigen.   • Een eerste ervaring binnen de carrosserie is mooi meegenomen
  • Opleiding in autotechnieken of carrosserie (BSO/TSO) vormt een goede basis
  • Handigheid en technisch inzicht
  • Werkt nauwgezet en laat geen slordigheden achter
  • Interesse in auto's en carrosseriewerk
  • Oog voor een kwalitatieve afwerking
  • Nieuwe technieken aanleren vormt geen probleem
