Om onze sterke groei te ondersteunen breiden we ons team bij Wondercar Borgloon uit met een carrossier met expertisetaak voorbereider.

Als carrossier ben je vooral fier op het resultaat van je werk, elke schade is anders en vraagt de nodige inzichten en expertise om deze te herstellen.

Een kwalitatieve herstelling staat gelijk aan werken met de nodige nauwkeurigheid, kennis, technieken en efficiëntie.

Wij zoeken bij voorkeur een medewerker die vooral als specialisatie voorbereiding heeft, indien jij eveneens ervaring hebt in het de- en monteren van wagens is dit een groot pluspunt.

Als voorbereider sta je in voor:

  • Het voorbereiden van nieuwe onderdelen
  • Beschadigingen en deuken herstellen op onderdelen van metaal en aluminium
  • Plamuren, uitschuren en reinigen
  • Onderdelen afplakken
  • Grondverf aanbrengen
  • Hanteren van drooginstallaties voor grondverf

Als de- en monteerder sta je in voor:

  • Het zorgvuldig demonteren van beschadigde wagens
  • Beschadigde onderdelen vergelijken met de lijst van bestelde nieuwe onderdelen
  • Ontbrekende nieuwe onderdelen doorgeven aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke
  • Ombouwen van componenten van het beschadigd onderdeel naar het nieuwe onderdeel
  • Na de koetswerkherstellingen de wagen terug zorgvuldig monteren met gedemonteerde en nieuwe onderdelen
  • Controle functionaliteiten (rijden, alarmen resetten, inlezen van componenten, veiligheidssysteem ADAS kalibreren) en rijklaar afleveren van de wagen.
  • Je bent de kandidaat met een passie voor wagens die nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werkt en van elke beschadigd voertuig weer een pareltje maakt.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding als carrossier genoten of reeds een eerste werkervaring achter de rug. Heb je echter een passie voor wagens en ben je technisch toch wat onderlegd, dan bieden wij graag de kans om al werkend de job als carrossier aan te leren.
  • Bovendien ben je woonachtig in de regio en snel beschikbaar om ons team te versterken.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste collega die bijdraagt aan de dynamische teamspirit.
