??? Functieomschrijving

Als Carrossier voer je hooggekwalificeerde werkzaamheden en specifieke carrosserietaken uit. Je gebruikt de nodige middelen en technieken om de beste kwaliteit en productiviteit te behalen binnen de gestelde deadlines en kosten, steeds in overeenstemming met de normen en aanbevelingen van de fabrikant.

Jouw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Carrosseriewerkzaamheden:Uitvoeren van diagnoses en technisch complexe herstellingen. Werken op de richt- en meetbank (volledige herstructurering van zijpanelen, frontblokken en carrosseriestructuren). Vervangen, afstellen en instellen van alle soorten elementen (demontabel, gelast, geplooid). Snijden en lassen van voertuigdelen en monteren/demonteren volgens fabrieksnormen. Uitvoeren van benodigde bekleding, afwerking en interieuraanpassingen. Demonteren en monteren van mechanische, decoratieve en elektrische/elektronische onderdelen die nodig zijn voor het carrosseriewerk. Vervangen of herstellen van beglazing.
  • Organisatie & Beheer:Controleren van de staat van geleverde onderdelen (PR-magazijn) en zorgen voor correcte checklists. Afwijkingen, problemen met onderdelen of extra werkzaamheden tijdig melden aan de werkplaatsleider of After Sales Adviseur (ASA). Zorgdragen voor het afgewerkte voertuig (reinigen, correct parkeren, sleutels overdragen). Onderhouden en schoonmaken van de werkplek, persoonlijke gereedschappen en collectieve apparatuur na elke interventie.

Profiel

We zoeken een vakbekwame carrossier met oog voor detail en een passie voor auto's.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een diploma in carrosseriereparatie óf minstens 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Technische kennis: Goede kennis van autotechniek, carrosseriereparatie, lassen en meet-/interventietechnieken op structurele onderdelen.
  • Eigenschappen: Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Teamgeest: Je werkt graag samen en communiceert vlot met collega's.
