Jij hoeft mensen niet beter te maken . Wel in beweging te krijgen Een medewerker meldt zich ziek. De makkelijkste vraag is: "Wat kun je niet?" Wij stellen liever een andere vraag: "Wat kan er wél en wat is ervoor nodig om weer in beweging te komen? " Bij Recht Door Zee geloven we dat verzuim lang niet altijd alleen een medische oorzaak heeft. Daarom zoeken we geen inzetbaarheidscoach die alleen protocollen volgt, maar iemand die luistert, doorvraagt en mensen aanspreekt op hun eigen mogelijkheden en verantwoordelijkheid. Mensgericht? Zeker. Vrijblijvend? Nee. Wat ga je doen? Als inzetbaarheidscoach werk je in taakdelegatie van de bedrijfsarts. Je voert zelfstandig gesprekken en spreekuren met arbeidsongeschikte medewerkers en brengt de medische én arbeidsgerelateerde situatie in kaart. Je kijkt vooral naar wat iemand nodig heeft om weer duurzaam in beweging te komen. Daarbij blijft de medewerker zelf aan het roer. Je werkt nauw samen met de bedrijfsarts, legt medische informatie zorgvuldig vast en zorgt voor heldere terugkoppelingen richting medewerker en werkgever. Wie zoeken wij Iemand die verder kijkt dan de ziekmelding. Je durft door te vragen, kunt naast een medewerker staan zonder diens verantwoordelijkheid over te nemen en begrijpt dat ook de werkgever duidelijkheid nodig heeft. - Je bent mens- én oplossingsgericht - Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau en bent (para)medisch opgeleid - Je bent Crov® of ROV®, of je bent bereid deze opleiding te gaan volgen - Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar - Hebt een zelfstandige, ondernemende en ontwikkelgerichte houding. - Je wilt jezelf continue ontwikkelen - Je bent communicatief...
