Dreigt het verzuim van een medewerker langer te duren, dan kom jij op verzoek van de taakgedelegeerde casemanager in actie bij de klant. Jouw missie? Het verzuimproces volledig uit handen nemen, zodat werkgevers zich kunnen richten op hun organisatie en medewerkers zich gesteund voelen. Zo draag je eraan bij dat werkenden gezond, gemotiveerd en competent aan het werk blijven. Als ontzorg casemanager breng jij rust en overzicht en maak je een tastbare impact op het succes van onze klanten. Hoe ga je #meerbetekenen als ontzorg casemanager verzuim Arnhem Met jouw expertise ondersteun je werkgevers bij verzuim, preventie en het inzetten van specialistische diensten zoals een arbeidsdeskundige of bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werker. Omdat verzuim vaak complex is, ben jij van grote waarde voor onze klanten. Samen met de procesregisseurs van team Arnhem begeleid je het verzuimtraject - van 13 weken tot de volledige 104 weken. Dreigt verzuim langer te duren, dan neem jij op verzoek van de casemanager de regie en ontzorg je de klant volledig. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - vroegtijdig inschakelen bij (dreigend) langdurig verzuim of arbeidsconflicten. - opstellen van plan van aanpak, eerstejaarsevaluatie en eindevaluatie samen met de klant. - ondersteunen bij aanvragen zoals deskundigenoordeel, ziek-uit-dienstmelding en WIA-aanvraag. - snel opstarten van interventies die re-integratie versnellen en vaak volledig vergoed worden (bijv. arbeidsdeskundige, bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werker, mediator of spoor 2). - het voeren van cruciale gesprekken met werknemers over hun rol en visie in de re-integratie. - inzicht geven in de financiële gevolgen van langdurige ziekte of instroom in Ziektewet/WIA.
