In deze kantoorfunctie ben je de procesregisseur binnen Expertisecentrum Euthanasie. Elke aangemelde hulpvrager krijgt een casemanager toegewezen die gedurende de gehele procedure bij Expertisecentrum Euthanasie verantwoordelijk blijft voor het proces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor triage (het uitzetten van de route o.b.v. een inhoudelijke analyse van het medisch dossier) en het monitoren van het verdere vervolg van het proces. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor hulpvragers en hun naasten, zorgverleners en het publiek. Je beantwoordt uiteenlopende vragen over euthanasie en verwante onderwerpen die telefonisch en digitaal binnenkomen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitstippelen van de route die een dossier aflegt binnen de instelling èn onderhoudt contact met de ambulante medewerkers die zich bezighouden met het euthanasieverzoek van de hulpvrager. Je ontvangt functioneel leiding van de teamleider Casemanagement die eveneens je collega is binnen het eigen team. Hiërarchisch val je als casemanager onder de Manager Zorg. Je standplaats is ons kantoor in Den Haag. Na de inwerkperiode is het mogelijk om 1 dag vanuit huis te werken. Daarnaast ben je werkzaam als ambulant verpleegkundige bij Expertisecentrum Euthanasie om aansluiting te houden met de euthanasiepraktijk.
