Mooi. Want bij Zorg voor Verzuim zoeken we een casemanager die meer wil dan alleen dossiers bewaken. We zoeken iemand die beweging creëert. Iemand die eerlijke gesprekken durft te voeren, regie houdt en medewerkers helpt om stap voor stap terug te keren naar werk. Hier krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid en ook écht de ruimte om impact te maken. Over de functie Als casemanager die werkt volgens de Zorg voor Verzuim-methode, weet je dat je vak verder gaat dan alleen het bewaken van de wet-verbetering-poortwachter. Een effectieve casemanager is in staat om verzuimdossiers daadwerkelijk in beweging te krijgen. In jouw rol als casemanager bestaat 80% van jouw tijd uit het voeren van verzuimgesprekken met medewerkers. Een échte casemanager: - Durft het eerlijke gesprek te voeren en communiceert helder, direct en respectvol. - Houdt de regie in het gesprek, laat zich niet overrulen en blijft sturen op de vraag: wat kan wél? - Stuurt op concrete stappen richting werkhervatting, met een duidelijke stip aan de horizon: duurzame terugkeer naar werk. - Maakt een actieplan per dossier en werkt taakgericht ieder dossier af. - Combineert empathie met duidelijke verwachtingen en hanteert een stijl van 'hard op de inhoud, zacht op de persoon'. - Herkent signalen dat er meer speelt dan het medische argument alleen en maakt niet-medische factoren bespreekbaar wanneer deze van invloed zijn op het verzuim. - Ziet mogelijkheden waar anderen beperkingen zien en onderzoekt samen met de medewerker welke vormen van (gedeeltelijk) werk mogelijk zijn.
