Jij zorgt dat het gesprek niet eindigt met vier losse adviezen, maar met één duidelijke vervolgrichting. Vergunningverlening is zelden het werk van één discipline. Een initiatief raakt vaak meerdere onderdelen van de fysieke leefomgeving en vraagt daarom om goede afstemming. Jij verbindt die kennis en houdt ondertussen scherp wat de aanvraag nodig heeft. Bij koen werk je op detacheringsbasis bij verschillende gemeenten als casemanager omgevingsvergunningen. Daardoor bouw je een breed netwerk op en zie je hoe gemeenten ruimtelijke vraagstukken verschillend organiseren. Die ervaring neem je mee naar iedere volgende opdracht. Je organiseert intern overleg en schakelt waar nodig met externe partijen zoals een omgevingsdienst, veiligheidsregio of waterschap. Je stelt gerichte vragen, bewaakt afspraken en vertaalt specialistische adviezen naar concrete vervolgstappen. Ook zorg je dat de initiatiefnemer weet wat uit het overleg komt. Samenwerken betekent voor jou niet iedereen overal bij betrekken. Je weet juist wie wanneer nodig is en voorkomt onnodige rondes in het proces. Daardoor worden verschillende belangen vroeg zichtbaar en kunnen knelpunten worden opgelost voordat ze vertraging veroorzaken. Als jij de juiste mensen bij elkaar brengt, ontstaat ruimte voor besluiten waar inhoud en omgeving samenkomen.
