Eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding Social Work (SPH, SJD, MWD); of geregistreerd GGZ-agoog; of art. 3 wet BIG-geregistreerd (sociaal-psychiatrisch) verpleegkundige - Je hebt een grote mate van zelfstandigheid, in balans met het vermogen aan te sluiten en in te voegen in verschillende teamverbanden/teammilieus - Je hebt een organiserend vermogen, een praktische inslag en flexibiliteit, grote mate van planningsvaardigheid (ook op gebied van werktijden en reizen) - Je hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden: toegankelijk en betrouwbaar zijn in de communicatie, een 'graag geziene gast zijn', maar ook autoriteit uitstralen en waar nodig kunnen overreden, mensen meekrijgen en de verbinding maken tussen de kliniek en de vervolginstellingen - Je hebt kennis van zaken op het gebied van patiëntenproblematiek, risicomanagement en tbs-kaders - Je kunt je mondeling- en schriftelijk goed uitdrukken - Je hebt een rijbewijs B en vindt het niet erg om veel te reizen.
