Casemanager re-integratie & preventie Amsterdam - hbo - 32 - 40 uur - Amsterdam Casemanager re-integratie & preventie Amsterdam - hbo - 32 - 40 uur - Amsterdam Solliciteer direct Als casemanager re-integratie & preventie (intern: re-integratie- en preventie adviseur, RPA) bij ArboNed in regio Amsterdam help jij mkb-bedrijven bij het effectief begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten. Samen met de (bedrijfs)arts zorg je voor een soepel en verantwoord herstelproces. Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor werkgevers en medewerkers en bewaakt het verzuimproces van begin tot duurzame werkhervatting. Hoe ga je #meerbetekenen als casemanager re-integratie & preventie In deze rol werk je onder taakdelegatie van de (bedrijfs)arts. Dat betekent dat jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het regisseren van het verzuimproces, terwijl de arts inhoudelijk eindverantwoordelijk blijft. Je signaleert knelpunten, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt op re-integratieadvies op basis van de probleemanalyse. Na een verzuimmelding neem jij contact op met de medewerker om de situatie in te schatten. Je denkt mee over passende ondersteuning, van bedrijfsarts tot bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werker, en blijft betrokken tot volledige werkhervatting. Bij stagnatie in het proces neem jij initiatief om dit bespreekbaar te maken en oplossingen aan te dragen. Daarnaast onderhoud je actief contact met jouw klanten: mkb-bedrijven in de regio. Je bezoekt hen regelmatig, vaak samen met de (bedrijfs)arts, en adviseert over verzuim, preventie en interventies. Je vertaalt medische adviezen naar praktische oplossingen en denkt mee op zowel individueel als organisatieniveau. Tot slot analyseer je periodiek de resultaten van onze dienstverlening, bijvoorbeeld via verzuimrapportages. Op basis daarvan geef je advies over vervolgstappen, zoals een PMO, RIE of training.
