Casemanager RO Detachering Ruimtelijke ordening 5+ jaar Hbo Limburg 32 - 40 uur €4520 - €6422 Dit ga je doen Als casemanager RO bij Gemeente Nederweert begeleid je ideeën van inwoners, ondernemers en ontwikkelaars van het eerste principeverzoek tot en met een (meervoudige) omgevingsvergunning. In deze opdracht zorg jij ervoor dat het proces soepel en professioneel loopt. Je pakt onder andere op: - Behandelen en begeleiden van principeverzoeken richting een concreet, haalbaar vervolgtraject. - Behandelen van procedures rondom wijziging omgevingsplan en meervoudige omgevingsvergunningen (buitenplanse omgevingsplanactiviteit). - Werken op basis van gezamenlijke werkprocessen voor eenduidigheid en structuur. - Toetsen van plannen aan het omgevingsplan en de relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Voorleggen van plannen aan interne adviseurs (wonen, verkeer, stedenbouw) en ketenpartners (Provincie, Waterschap, GGD, Rijkswaterstaat). - Afwegen van inhoudelijke adviezen en dit vertalen naar een duidelijk advies en vervolgstappen. - Betrekken en adviseren van de wethouder (en waar nodig het college B&W) en initiatiefnemers. Je komt terecht in het team Ruimte en Wonen: 12 collega's die houden van aanpakken, gestructureerd werken en samenwerken.
