Als Casemanager Verzuim bij FrieslandCampina speel je een sleutelrol in de re-integratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid van collega's binnen onze fabriekslocaties en kantooromgevingen. Als Casemanager Verzuim ben jij vanaf dag één de strategische spil in het verzuimproces conform de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Je adviseert medewerkers, leidinggevenden en plantmanagers, vertaalt adviezen van de bedrijfsarts direct naar een concreet plan van aanpak en ondersteunt bij WIA- en IVA-aanvragen. Samen met jouw team van Casemanagers pak je daarnaast preventie- en verbeterprojecten op om de gehele organisatie scherp te houden. Je verdeelt je tijd tussen thuiswerken en het bezoeken van verschillende productielocaties in Oost-Nederland. Jouw functie concreet: - Begeleiden van verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor management, plantmanagers en medewerkers. - Vormgeven en uitvoeren van preventie- en procesverbeteringsprojecten binnen FrieslandCampina. - Adviseren en ondersteunen bij de aanvraag van IVA- en WIA-uitkeringen. - Actief bezoeken van diverse locaties in regio Oost-Nederland voor optimale ondersteuning.
