Casemanager Verzuim (met ervaring) Senior Casemanager Verzuim (Taakdelegatie) Regio Amsterdam Noord - 32-40 uur Voor een goede klant van ons, een arbodienst uit Amsterdam Noord, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en inhoudelijk sterke (Senior) Casemanager Verzuim . In deze rol neem je de regie over verzuimdossiers en breng je verdieping aan in complexe casuïstiek. Je begeleidt dossiers van A tot Z en weet moeiteloos te schakelen tussen verschillende belangen. Dankzij jouw ervaring herken je wanneer je moet versnellen, vertragen of juist verdiepen. Je werkt onder taakdelegatie van de bedrijfsarts en fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega's. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het team door kennis te delen, starters te begeleiden en collega's verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met regie en coaching: - Begeleiden van (complexe) verzuimdossiers van A tot Z - Adviseren binnen taakdelegatie van de bedrijfsarts, volgens geldende richtlijnen - Regie voeren op het re-integratieproces en bewaken van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. Wet verbetering poortwachter) - Voeren van gesprekken met zowel werkgevers als medewerkers, waarbij je belangen zorgvuldig afweegt - Begeleiden van nieuwe collega's en fungeren als buddy en sparringpartner - Actief delen van kennis en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het team - Signaleren van knelpunten en trends en deze vertalen naar concrete adviezen - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en verdere professionalisering van casemanagement Wat breng je mee? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als casemanager (bij voorkeur met taakdelegatie) - Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een certificaat Regie op Verzuim - Kennis van verzuim, Ziektewet en relevante wet- en regelgeving - Ervaring met complexe casuïstiek - Coachende vaardigheden en de motivatie om kennis over te dragen - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, professioneel en empathisch - Ge...
