Voor DHL Express zoeken we een interim professional die gedurende ongeveer 1 jaar het HR-team komt versterken. In deze rol begeleid je niet alleen zelfstandig verzuimtrajecten, maar deel je ook jouw kennis en ervaring met twee junior casemanagers. Een mooie kans om direct impact te maken binnen een internationale organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van medewerkers tijdens hun verzuim- en re-integratietraject. Je onderhoudt contact met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, de bedrijfsarts en de arbodienst, stelt plannen van aanpak op en bewaakt de voortgang en wettelijke termijnen volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter. Daarnaast adviseer je managers over verzuim, preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid en zorg je voor een correcte en complete dossieropbouw. Je standplaats is Schiphol, maar je bent werkzaam op verschillende DHL-locaties. Samen met het team stem je wekelijks af waar jouw aanwezigheid nodig is. Je hebt keuze om 32 of 40 uur te werken. Veel overleg vindt online of telefonisch plaats. Deze functie past daarom goed bij iemand die flexibel is, graag zelfstandig werkt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende locaties en werkzaamheden. De werkdagen en werktijden worden in overleg flexibel afgestemd. Wel is het belangrijk dat je op maandag kunt aansluiten bij het wekelijkse online teamoverleg.
