Bij TopMondzorg werk je binnen een organisatie met 170 tandarts- en orthodontiepraktijken, waar je vanuit jouw expertise adviseert over inzetbaarheid en verzuim. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over processen en werkwijzen, verbeteringen te signaleren en zelf met ideeën te komen. Dat doe je in een klein team waarin samenwerking belangrijk is en waarin je daadwerkelijk invloed hebt op de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Casemanager verzuim bij TopMondzorg Als Casemanager verzuim bij TopMondzorg werk je binnen een complexe organisatie met verschillende stakeholders. Je schakelt onder meer met praktijkmanagers, de arbodienst, collega-casemanagers, HR Business Partners en Regiomanagers. Je managet verwachtingen, pakt signalen op, onderneemt daarop actie en geeft onderbouwde adviezen. Richting praktijkmanagers heb je een adviserende rol. Samen bekijk je welke mogelijkheden er nog zijn in het kader van de inzetbaarheid van de verzuimende medewerker. Vanuit jouw expertise ondersteun je de praktijkmanager bij het afwegen van de opties. De praktijkmanager blijft zelf verantwoordelijk. De doelgroep waarvoor het casemanagement wordt uitgevoerd bestaat voornamelijk uit assistentes, baliemedewerkers en preventiemedewerkers. Hoewel je als Casemanager Verzuim bij TopMondzorg minimaal tot geen contact hebt met de verzuimende medewerkers zelf, is het belangrijk deze context goed te kennen. Juist die kennis helpt je om praktijkmanagers goed te adviseren over wat er binnen de inzetbaarheid nog mogelijk is.
