Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Deze functie gaat verder dan het begeleiden van verzuimdossiers. Binnen Kwadraad willen we de komende jaren verdere stappen zetten op het gebied van preventie, vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid. We willen niet alleen goed omgaan met verzuim wanneer het ontstaat, maar vooral ook aandacht hebben voor wat nodig is om uitval te voorkomen. Daarom krijg je in deze functie de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan onderwerpen als: - het signaleren van verzuimtrends en risicofactoren; - het versterken van de rol van leidinggevenden bij inzetbaarheid; - het vergroten van bewustzijn rondom werkdruk, vitaliteit en werkplezier; - het ontwikkelen van een proactieve aanpak rond duurzame inzetbaarheid.
