Als Case Manager Verzuim HRM ben je voornamelijk bezig met de verzuimbegeleiding conform de Wet verbetering poortwachter en ondersteun je waar nodig de HR afdeling bij de instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers. Je: · bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers op het gebied van verzuim · Begeleidt korte en langdurige zieke medewerkers gedurende het gehele traject · kunt de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter toepassen en opvolgen · onderhoudt contact met de medewerkers, arbodienst en bedrijfsartsen · stelt plannen van aanpak op en evalueert deze waar nodig · adviseert het management over verzuimpreventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid · verwerkt en volgt aanvragen en berichten in het UWV portaal tijdig op · voert frequent verzuimgesprekken · behandeld binnenkomende sollicitanten en voert sollicitatiegesprekken bij afwezigheid van de HR medewerker.
