Dan past deze functie zeker bij jou! Als Casemanager Verzuim ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van medewerkers gedurende het volledige verzuimproces. Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers, zorgt dat wettelijke verplichtingen worden nageleefd en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen. Je onderhoudt contact met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, arbodienstverleners en andere externe deskundigen. Door jouw gestructureerde aanpak houd je overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers gelijktijdig aandacht vragen. Je weet belangen zorgvuldig af te wegen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden opgevolgd. Tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren onder andere: - Beheren en coördineren van verzuimdossiers. - Toepassen en bewaken van de Wet verbetering poortwachter. - Verwerken van ziek- en herstelmeldingen. - Voeren van verzuim- en voortgangsgesprekken. - Opstellen, monitoren en evalueren van re-integratieplannen. - Adviseren van werkgevers en medewerkers over wet- en regelgeving rondom verzuim. - Begeleiden van WIA-trajecten en afstemming met betrokken instanties. - Signaleren van knelpunten en doen van verbetervoorstellen voor het verzuimproces. Voor deze functie zoeken wij een zelfstandige en communicatief sterke professional die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een eigen caseload.
