Als Casemanager Verzuim voer je de regie op ziekteverzuim. Jij bent expert op het gebied van verzuimbegeleiding, arbo en de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Jij vervult de rol van procesmanager met als doel verzuim te beperken en te reduceren. Dit geef je vorm door in samenwerking met de Arbodienst en HR de juiste maatwerkinterventies in te zetten, afhankelijk van de case. Om medewerkers en leidinggevenden zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden bij het verzuim, onderhoud je met hen structureel contact. Je geeft hierbij gevraagd en ongevraagd advies over re-integratie- en herplaatsingsmogelijkheden. Daarnaast heb je afspraken met medewerkers rondom verzuim en kom je regelmatig in contact met partijen als het UWV, de Arbodienst en instanties vanuit 2e spoor. Verder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van verzuimanalyses, de uitvoering van het verzuimbeleid en het mede ontwikkelen en uitdragen van een structurele (lange termijn) visie door evalueren van verzuimaanpak. Ook behoort de begeleiding/coaching van leidinggevenden rondom aanpak verzuim tot jouw taken. Naast je werkzaamheden als Casemanager Verzuim vervul je voor ongeveer 8 uur per week de rol van Preventiemedewerker. In deze rol richt je je op het voorkomen van verzuim en het bevorderen van gezonde en veilige arbeidsomstandigheden binnen Inovum. Als Preventiemedewerker: • Ondersteun je bij het opstellen, uitvoeren en actualiseren van de Risico-Inventarisatie & Evaluatie (RI&E) en het bijbehorende plan van aanpak; • Signaleer je risico's op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, werkdruk en duurzame inzetbaarheid en initieer je acties die deze risico's beperken; • Adviseer je management en leidinggevenden over arbeidsomstandigheden en ...
