In deze functie begeleid je mensen die langdurig arbeidsongeschikt zijn en help je hen om mogelijkheden te benutten op het gebied van werk, re-integratie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je combineert persoonlijke begeleiding met een adviserende rol en werkt samen met verschillende professionals om voor iedere situatie de juiste aanpak te vinden. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert intakegesprekken en brengt de situatie en mogelijkheden van cliënten in kaart. - Je stelt persoonlijke begeleidingsplannen op en voert gesprekken over belastbaarheid en arbeidsperspectief. - Je begeleidt re-integratie- en loopbaantrajecten en stimuleert cliënten om stappen vooruit te zetten. - Je adviseert over de mogelijkheden binnen de WIA en de ondersteuning die daarbij past. - Je werkt samen met onder andere jobcoaches, verzekeraars en medische professionals. - Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over het verbeteren van processen en begeleiding. Wat breng je mee? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, sociale zekerheid of re-integratie. - Ervaring als casemanager of in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré. - Affiniteit met sociale zekerheid, verzuim en re-integratie. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om goed te luisteren. - Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en weet mensen op een empathische manier te motiveren. - Je kunt omgaan met weerstand en denkt graag mee over passende oplossingen. - Salaris: € 3.800 tot € 4.800 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring. - Werkweek: keuze uit 32, 36 of 40 uur. - Vakantiedagen: 30 dagen bij een fulltime die...
