Dan voel jij je helemaal thuis bij Swiss Sense! Wat ga jij doen? Als Order-to-Cash (O2C) Accounting Specialist zorg je voor een end-to-end controle op alle verwerkingen van alle boekhoudkundige handelingen binnen het Order-to-Cash (O2C) proces. Je bent dagelijks bezig met verrekeningen en aansluitingen, zodat de (winkel-) administratie volledig klopt en de cashpositie van Swiss Sense goed wordt bewaakt. Hier word jij blij van: Controleren en afstemmen van grootboekrekeningen gerelateerd aan O2C (debiteuren, ontvangen vooruitbetalingen, cadeaubonnen, retourstromen); Uitvoeren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting werkzaamheden binnen O2C-gebied gerelateerd aan Financial Control en het opmaken van overzichten hieromtrent; Afstemmen van debiteurenrekeningen en tussenrekeningen in ERP; Controleren van aansluitingen tussen winkelkassa-/POS-systemen, cashportaal en grootboek; Uitvoeren van periodieke checks en aansluiting van BTW (retourbetaling van export BTW) en gehanteerde betaalmethoden; Tijdig en juist verwerken van tussenrekeningen, journaalposten en correcties; Ondersteuning bieden bij audits, maar ook een vraagbaak zijn voor de organisatie en het meedenken in procesverbeteringen worden zeer gewaardeerd. Wat vragen wij van jou? HBO opleiding in Finance, Accounting of Bedrijfsadministratie aangevuld met werkervaring in een financiële rol waar de nadruk ligt op cash, order-to-cash processen of grootboekadministratie; Affiniteit met BTW en internationale transacties is een pré; Ervaring met ERP systemen, bij voorkeur SAP; Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en procesmatig en weet je van nature prioriteiten te stellen; Je bent een teamplayer, hands-on e...
