Verder houd jij je bezig met: - Leidinggeven: Je geeft het goede voorbeeld op de vloer, inspireert je team en weet precies wanneer er extra aandacht nodig is voor een gast of collega. - Gastvrijheid: Samen met je team creëer je een gastvrije omgeving waarin service, sfeer en kwaliteit centraal staan. - Bedrijfsvoering: Van personeelsplanning, sollicitatiegesprekken en teamontwikkeling tot het analyseren van resultaten en verwerken van administratieve taken.
