Decontracten lopen uiteen van beheer en onderhoud tot technische dienstverlening. Zehebben vaak een lange looptijd en zijn van grote invloed op de continuïteit en veiligheidvan het openbaar vervoer. Je stapt in op een moment waarop de afdeling Inkoop zich verder ontwikkelt. Naastcomplexe inkoopvraagstukken is er ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de manier waarop deafdeling de komende jaren verder professionaliseert. Dit ga je doen Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop binnen de categorie infra en vastgoed. Jevertaalt de behoeften van de business naar een passende aanpak. Daarbij werk je aaninkooptrajecten voor het beheer en onderhoud van de tram- en metro-infrastructuur enhet vastgoed van GVB. Je begeleidt complexe (Europese) aanbestedingen en bewaakt het proces, de kwaliteiten de contractvorming. • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor managers en budgethouders bijinkoopvraagstukken en lopende trajecten. • Je stelt categorieplannen op en stemt deze af met de andere categorieën binnenInkoop. • Je adviseert mede op basis van markten leveranciers analyses overde beste inkoopstrategie en begeleidt de business bij de afwegingen die daarbij horen. • Je stuurt de inkopers binnen jouw categorie functioneel aan en bewaakt de voortgang enprioriteiten. • Als lid van het MT Inkoop draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionaliseringvan de afdeling. • Dit neem je mee Je bent een ervaren professional in het inkoopdomein die regie voert op complexeinkooptrajecten en collega's daarin meeneemt. In deze rol: weeg je informatie, belangen en risico's zorgvuldig af en kom je tot onderbouwdekeuzes bij aanbestedingen en adviesvragen. • schakel je gemakkelijk tussen meerdere lopende inkooptrajecten en ad-hocvragen uit deorganisatie. • geef je richting aan inkopers binnen jouw categorie, verdeel je het werk en stuur je opresultaat. • schakel je gemakkelijk tussen managers, budgethouders, leveranciers en collega'sbinnen Inkoop. • ...
