Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden Dermocosmetica – jouw focusgebied (+/- 50%)

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de operationele opvolging van dermocosmetica binnen de apotheken
  • Kritisch opvolgen van stock en rotatie, en actief bijsturen van bestelhoeveelheden
  • Valideren van bestellingen en aanpakken van overstock, out-of-stock en dode stock
  • Samenwerkenmet apotheken en leveranciers binnen dermocosmetica om de werking en aanwezigheid van producten in de apotheken te verbeteren
  • Actief contact onderhouden met apothekenen input uit het veld vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen
  • Mee uitbouwen van een vlotte omnichannel werking voor dermocosmetica, met een goede afstemming tussen apotheek en e-commerce

Overkoepelend over alle categorieën

  • Opmaken van planogrammen met gespecialiseerde software, afgestemd op verschillende types apotheken (clusters)
  • Vertalen van categorie-keuzes naar een heldere, logische en commerciële schapindeling
  • Opvolgen en ondersteunen van de implementatie van planogrammen in de apotheken, met bijsturing waar nodig
  • Zorgen voor een correcte uitvoering van assortimentwijzigingen (introducties en uitfaseringen)
  • Ondersteunen van de implementatie en zichtbaarheid van promoties en commerciële acties
  • Beheren en bewaken van masterdata, en zorgen voor correcte, consistente en up-to-date product- en planogramgegevens
  • Actief meewerken aan het verbeteren van processen en tools (zoals planogramsoftware) en onderzoeken hoe efficiënter gewerkt kan worden

Gezocht profiel en kwalificaties

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur in retail, stockbeheer of category management
  • Je spreekt nederlands en frans, engels is een pluspunt.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met een proactieve houding en sterke leergierigheid
  • Sterk in operationele opvolging en het effectief realiseren van acties in de praktijk
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en sterk in het vinden van oplossingsgerichte aanpakken
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders
  • Sterke interesse in de gezondheidszorgsector, met affiniteit voor dermocosmetica
  • Interesse in apotheekorganisatie en schapbeheer
  • Data-driven mindset: je gebruikt inzichten en analyses om gerichte acties te nemen
  • Kritische blik op stockbeheer, met focus op voorraadoptimalisatie (rotatie, bestelhoeveelheden, overstock en trage stock)
  • Goede kennis van Excel, met de bereidheid om je verder te ontwikkelen in data-analyse ter ondersteuning van de dagelijkse werking
