Als Category Manager werk je intensief samen met één van de grootste spelers binnen de Engelse retail. Een samenwerking die nooit stilstaat en waarin altijd wordt gezocht naar dat beetje extra. Jij schuift aan tafel bij commercie, denkt actief mee met klanten en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties. Van trendanalyses tot nieuwe ideeën en onverwachte invalshoeken: geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat data niet blijft hangen in dashboards, maar echt gaat leven. Wat ga je doen? - Je analyseert klant-, markt- en performancecijfers en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties; - Je brengt verschillende databronnen samen en maakt hiervan een helder en aansprekend verhaal voor interne en externe stakeholders; - Je kijkt vooruit door trends en kansen te signaleren en vertaalt deze naar verbeteringen en nieuwe voorstellen; - Je werkt nauw samen met marketing en commercie en bent sparringpartner in (klantgerichte) gesprekken; - Je pakt projecten op van idee tot oplevering, met volop ruimte voor eigen ideeën op het gebied van marketing, positionering en visuele storytelling. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt ervaring in marketingcommunicatie, marketinganalyse en/of business analytics, of een vergelijkbare functie; - Je vindt presenteren en adviseren leuk en staat stevig in gesprekken; - Je bent proactief, nieuwsgierig en denkt in kansen, en werkt gestructureerd en projectmatig; - Je bent relatiegericht en bereid om af en toe naar de UK te reizen voor winkel- en klantbezoeken.
