Als Category Manager ontwikkel je een heldere visie voor jouw categorie en vertaal je deze naar een onderscheidend en commercieel assortiment. Samen met de Planner stuur je op omzet, marge, voorraad en winstgevendheid. Je combineert klantinzichten, verkoopdata en trends met een sterk gevoel voor product, prijs en timing. Jij: · geeft leiding aan de teams van Buying en Styling, circa 6 fte · koopt zelf actief meerdere productgroepen in · ontwikkelt en bewaakt een sterk en gebalanceerd assortiment · stuurt het proces van productidee en productontwikkeling tot de uiteindelijke lancering · ontwikkelt commerciële thema's en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijke kalender · optimaliseert het leveranciersportfolio en de omnichannel performance · werkt nauw samen met Marketing, Visual Merchandising en E-commerce · zorgt ervoor dat product, campagnes en storytelling elkaar versterken Jij houdt overzicht van idee tot executie.
