Met wereldwijd meer dan 400 collega's werken we iedere dag aan jachten waar vakmanschap en oog voor detail samenkomen. Op onze werf in Heeg bouwen we de Wajer 38, 44 en 55. Jaarlijks gaat het om ongeveer 60 jachten, die we volledig in eigen beheer bouwen: van casco tot afbouw. Dat vraagt om een productieproces waarin mensen, materialen en planning goed op elkaar aansluiten. Voor Inkoop ligt daar een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid. Materialen en onderdelen moeten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en leveranciers moeten kunnen leveren wat we met elkaar hebben afgesproken. Tegelijkertijd kijken we vooruit naar nieuwe technische oplossingen en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze productie. Als Category Manager geef jij richting aan de inkoop die daarvoor nodig is. Wat ga je doen? Als Category Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoopstrategie binnen jouw categorieën. Je ontwikkelt meerjarige categoriestrategieën en zorgt dat deze aansluiten op de productieplanning in Heeg en op wat we de komende jaren nodig hebben. Binnen het inkoopteam van zes personen help je bij het stellen van prioriteiten, coach je collega's op inhoud en zorg je dat strategische afspraken goed worden vertaald naar de dagelijkse inkoop. Je rapporteert direct aan de Supply Chain Manager. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de rest van de organisatie. Met Productie en het Magazijn stem je af wat nodig is om de productie door te laten lopen. Engineering betrekt je bij nieuwe technische oplossingen, zodat de juiste leveranciers op tijd kunnen worden aangehaakt. Ook voor Wajer Care borg je dat de benodigde onderdelen beschikbaar zijn om jachten van eigena...
