Category Manager Eigen Merk What's in it for you? Als category manager eigen merk krijg je de vrijheid over het volledige ontwikkelingstraject van eigenmerkproducten: van het signaleren van een kans en het vinden van leveranciers tot receptuur, verpakking, prijsafspraken en introductie in de winkels. Je werkt met producten op het gebied van gezondheid en kunt zelf nieuwe productideeën aandragen en onderzoeken of deze als eigenmerkproduct ontwikkeld kunnen worden. Zo combineer je productontwikkeling, sourcing, inkoop en commercie in één functie. Binnen het team is er ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht en collegiale samenwerking. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin niet alles vaststaat en initiatief wordt verwacht. De functie is voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Op woensdag en donderdag werk je op kantoor; de overige dagen kun je vanuit huis werken. Waar ga je werken? Je werkt bij een landelijke retailorganisatie met circa 300 zelfstandig opererende winkels. De organisatie is onderdeel van een financieel sterk bedrijf. Vanuit het kantoor werk je binnen de commerciële organisatie aan het eigen merk. Jouw unit richt zich op producten rondom gezondheid. Binnen de commerciële afdeling werk je samen met onder anderen category managers en een assistant category manager en schakel je met verschillende interne en externe partijen. De werkwijze is collegiaal en toegankelijk. Niet alles ligt vooraf vast: er wordt van je verwacht dat je zelf kansen signaleert, initiatief neemt en ideeën voor nieuwe producten aandraagt. Persoonlijke aandacht en samenwerking zijn belangrijke uitgangspunten binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen als category manager? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en commerciële prestaties van eigenmerkproducten binnen jouw productgebied. Je signaleert kansen in de markt en begeleidt vervolgens het traject van productidee tot introductie in de winkels. Daarbij werk je onder meer samen met leveranciers, een designbureau, ...
