Aufgaben, die dich erwarten

* Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung besonders PRO-relevanter Warengruppen wie Elektroinstallationen und Baustoffe, mit klarem Fokus auf PRO, aber im Blick auf das gesamte Sortiment inklusive B2C.

* Du trägst die Umsatz- und Lagerbestandsverantwortung für deinen Sortimentsbereich und triffst die Trade-off-Entscheidungen zwischen Umsatz, Marge, Bestand und Kundenzufriedenheit.

* Du sicherst das beste Angebot für unsere Kund:innen durch datenbasierte Preis- und Sortimentsanalysen und entwickelst passende Vermarktungskonzepte.

* Du analysierst Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen, leitest Maßnahmen ab und verantwortest das Pricing deiner Warengruppen.

* Du führst Vertrags-, Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten und baust Partnerschaften auf und aus. Im PRO-Bereich heißt das: enger, kontinuierlicher Austausch mit Lieferanten zu Palettenverkäufen, Streckengeschäft und direkten Baustellenbelieferungen, deutlich intensiver als im klassischen B2C-Geschäft.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Schnittstellen in Österreich und Deutschland zusammen, insbesondere mit dem PRO Sales Vertrieb, der Konzernzentrale und den Märkten.

* Du verantwortest die stammdaten- und systemseitige Pflege deiner Sortimente für den österreichischen Markt.

Qualifikationen, die du mitbringst

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium.

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Category Management oder Einkauf mit, idealerweise im Handel, Baustoffhandel, Großhandel oder in der Bauindustrie.

* Du denkst unternehmerisch und übernimmst aktiv Verantwortung.

* Du hast eine echte Leidenschaft für PRO-relevante Sortimente und bringst ein gutes Gespür für Elektroinstallationen und Baustoffe mit.

* Du verstehst die Anforderungen gewerblicher Kund:innen und richtest Sortimente konsequent daran aus.

* Du überzeugst mit kaufmännischem Verständnis, analytischer Schärfe und Verhandlungsgeschick.

* Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, treibst Themen aktiv voran und behältst dabei den Überblick.

* Du bist kommunikationsstark und bringst Erfahrung in internationalen Konzernstrukturen mit, idealerweise in einer Matrixorganisation.

* Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit mit, passend zu unserer "Alles machbar"-Kultur.

* Du verfügst über Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und arbeitest sicher im Google Workspace.

Auf dich warten spannende Aufgaben mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum in einem motivierten Team sowie ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 4.042,85 auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt EUR 2.535,- brutto pro Monat. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
