OK Retail telt inmiddels ruim 400 locaties, waar we met verschillende formules werken, van onbemand tot volledige Grand Café's met open keuken, wasstraat en andere aanvullende diensten & producten. Kortom: een boeiende setting voor een Category Manager met ambitie! Als Category Manager Non-Food & Car Wash ben je binnen OK Retail verantwoordelijk voor het aanbod en de kwaliteit van het Non-Food assortiment dat wordt verkocht in onze OK tankstations. Daarnaast ben je commercieel verantwoordelijk voor de Carwashes en bepaal je de strategie rondom wasstraten en wasboxen. Jij bent dé specialist in het samenstellen en optimaliseren van de hele productgroep Non-Food & Carwash. Het Non-Food assortiment bestaat onder andere uit de groepen smeermiddelen, autogebonden artikelen, accessoires, bloemen, cadeaukaarten en services. Binnen deze rol krijg je veel vrijheid om je eigen plannen te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren. Je hebt een toekomstgerichte blik, je bent innovatief en je weet waar de kansen liggen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de keuzes rondom het assortiment, de volume-, omzet- en de marge ontwikkeling van de hele categorie. Ook bepaal je als Category Manager de promotiekalender. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel interne, als externe stakeholders en verbetert de (werk)processen waar mogelijk. Jij stuurt de hele keten, van inkoop, marketing tot verkoop. Als Category Manager Non-Food & Carwash: - Voer je zelfstandig gesprekken met leveranciers en ben je een volwaardige sparringpartner en relatiemanager; - Vind je het leuk om verandering teweeg te brengen door op eigen initiatief met nieuwe ideeën te komen en deze ook ...
