Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Onze partner is een gevestigde waarde in de wereld van bouwmaterialen en richt zich zowel op de professionele aannemer als de particuliere doe-het-zelver. Met meerdere vestigingen verspreid over Vlaanderen biedt het bedrijf een uitgebreid assortiment aan ruwbouw-, afwerkings- en infrastructuurmaterialen, aangevuld met technische expertise en klantgerichte service. Dankzij een combinatie van vakkennis, logistieke slagkracht en een moderne dienstverlening is deze speler uitgegroeid tot een betrouwbare partner binnen de bouwsector. Klanten kunnen rekenen op professioneel advies, snelle leveringen en kwalitatieve producten, zowel op de werf als in de winkel.

Als Aankoop Manager Shop ben je de spilfiguur voor alles wat met de vestigingen te maken heeft, zowel de producten als de inrichting van de shops. Je bouwt actief aan een sterke leveranciersportefeuille, optimaliseert het assortiment en stuurt op margeverbetering. Samen met interne en internationale stakeholders til je de categorie naar een hoger niveau.

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een heldere, data gedreven categorie strategie Onderhandelen met leveranciers en het beheer van contracten Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen en detecteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten Opstellen van rapportages en opvolgen van KPI’s rond marge, contractdekking en budget Aansturen van je virtuele categorie team en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie Actieve samenwerking met collega’s van andere bedrijven binnen de groep
  • Verzorgen van product opleidingen, promoties en coachingsessies
  • Samenwerken met X-OpCo Category Managers en bijdragen aan internationale initiatieven.

✅ Relevante ervaring in aankoop, catagory management of procurement, idealiter in de bouwsector

✅ Sterk analytisch en commercieel inzicht

✅ Ervaring met leveranciersbeheer, sourcing en onderhandelingen

✅ Voortaal is Nederlands, toch zou het fijn zijn moest je u ook kunnen uitdrukken in he Engels

✅ Je bent een bruggenbouwer die collega’s mee op sleeptouw neemt

✅ Je bent zelfstandig, planmatig en resultaatgericht

✅ Flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om te reizen binnen België en af en toe naar het buitenland
