La MC est soumise à la législation sur les marchés publics. Le service Achat encadre les processus d'achat de toutes les marchandises, services et travaux du groupe CM-CM et de ses partenaires stratégiques, afin de bénéficier des conditions les plus avantageuses lors de nos achats. Nous gérons les dossiers d'achat, élaborons des politiques d'achat, harmonisons les processus d'achat et concluons des contrats à long terme et des accords-cadres. Avec enthousiasme et un certain sens du service, nous développons un partenariat avec nos clients internes.

Au sein du groupe CM-MC, les achats de facilities, de services de transport et de mobilité constituent une part importante des dépenses des fournisseurs. Cela concerne les différents domaines :

- Construction et aménagement de Bâtiments - Nettoyage - Énergie - Transport - Services postaux - Location et achats de véhicules

En tant que Category Manager Transport, Mobility & Facility, vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du portfolio de ce domaine. Concrètement, vos responsabilités se déclinent en plusieurs volets :

Gestion de catégories, Sourcing complexe, Coaching et accompagnement, Gestion des parties prenantes, Gestion de contrats, Développement personnel

- Vous avez un diplôme de niveau Master ou équivalent par expérience. - Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans les domaines des achats et du contract management. - Idéalement, vous avez une bonne connaissance de la législation relative aux marchés publics. - Vous avez de l'expérience au sein des catégories d'achat Transport, Mobility & Facility et une bonne connaissance de ce qui existe sur le marché pour ces catégories. - Vous avez une bonne connaissance des applications informatiques et des outils procure-to-pay. - Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion de projets. - Vous avez de l'expérience en people management/coaching et en gestion de conflits. - Vous avez une bonne connaissance orale et écrite du français et du néerlandais.

- Un contrat temps-plein à durée indéterminée. - Lieu de travail : Chaussée de haecht 579, 1031 Schaerbeek. - Rémunération brute en fonction de votre expérience pertinente (5 années d'ancienneté = 5.406,94 € ; 15 années d'ancienneté = 5.921,89 €). - Chèques-repas (9 euros) et restaurant d'entreprise, 13e mois, prime supplémentaire en juillet, assurance groupe, assurance hospitalisation, assurance revenu garanti, remboursement complet des frais de déplacement domicile-travail en transports en commun, indemnité de télétravail, indemnité vélo, allocations familiales supplémentaires, etc. - Un job avec un impact social : ensemble avec vos 8000 collègues, vous contribuez à la santé de 4,5 millions de membres. - Une agréable équipe de 20 collègues. - De la flexibilité et un bon équilibre entre vie privée et professionnelle : des heures de travail flexibles, plusieurs jours de télétravail par semaine, 20 jours de congés légaux + 4 jours de congés extra-légaux + 12 jours RTT. - Beaucoup d'autonomie et d'espace pour prendre des initiatives. - Des formations et des possibilités de croissance au sein de la MC.
